Job Title: Nurse - RGN or RMN

Salary: £14.00- 15.00 per hour subject to experience (Paid Breaks)
Hours: Full Time or will consider Part Time 24 hours+ for the right candidate

We are delighted to be recruiting for a RGN or RMN Nurse at a lovely medium sized nursing home that is warm and welcoming set in 2 acres of beautiful grounds, the home has the character of an elegant manor house. Built in 1850 and adapted into a care home in 1987 this home has the character of a fine old manor home but includes modern specialised adaptations to provide a warm, healthy and supportive environment for their residents.
The home is split into two main areas, a main residential area and a specialist dementia care unit. Staff operate in both units and residents may also move between unit's subject to their mental and physical abilities.
This service provider cares about the independence and individual needs of all their residents.
All care plans are person-centred and directed towards the dignity of service users, carried out by friendly and experienced carers who have worked hard to build up a strong local reputation.

The successful candidate will deal with will ensure safe administration of medication and treatments within NMC guidelines and the clients Healthcare medication policy. Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals and in accordance with NMC guideline and association policy. Assessing all aspects of residents needs and provide health supervision and nursing when required.
The position is offering 36 hours+ per week on a rotational basis. Day or night shifts being available.
- The successful candidate will hold NMC Registration and have previous experience of working in a UK Care home caring for clients with dementia or end of life.
- An Enhanced Disclosure will be required for this position along with two suitable previous work references.
