The North-West Employee Benefits / Human Capital & Benefits division (formerly known as PMI Health Group), based in Wincham, Northwich; is one of the UK's largest providers of employee healthcare and risk management services offering a unique combination of in-house medical and insurance expertise.

The Role

As a Healthcare Concierge Nurse your responsibilities will include;

  • Providing clinically appropriate telephone advice and counselling according to agreed protocols
  • Providing pre-authorisation of treatment and benefit advice for claimants utilising their medical insurance
  • Endeavouring to make savings for clients either through use of the NHS or through negotiation with providers
  • Assessing claims for eligibility and adherence to benefit limits

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have post registration experience and will maintain their NMC registration
  • Have a polite, professional telephone manner
  • Be a good team member
  • Have Mental Health and or Occupational Health experience (not essential)
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic

Hours of work are 37 hours per week, between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. Part time hours will also be considered.
