I am currently working with a company who are seeking a Nurse Recruiter to join them on a full time basis and work from their head office in Chester.
This company have been operating for over 30 years and pride themselves on being a family run business which is established, and continues to develop, across the North West.

This is a unique role that will involve identifying, attracting and appointing nurses and care staff to the business through numerous different channels.
Using your clinical knowledge, you will need to assess each candidate's suitability by completing the appropriate interview and provide recommendations to senior management prior to appointment.
*A Full UK Driving License with access to a car is essential as regular travel will be required
You will also be required to take responsibility for a team of recruiters, regularly reviewing their performance and assisting with any queries that may arise.
Other duties will include, but are not limited too;
- Provide support on quality and compliance
- Arrange inductions and training schedules for new starters
- Consistently promote the company brand, highlighting the benefits of working for the organisation
- Qualified Nurse with an active PIN with a background of working within a healthcare environment
- Ability to work towards and achieve set KPI's
- Natural customer service skills
