Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the criminal justice system.

We are currently seeking experienced Probation Service Officers on a temporary basis for initially 3 months, potentially longer subject to needs and funding. The role will be based within 2 approved premises around the Oxford area, this role will involve shift work but no night duties. The role will include the following duties.

  • Monitor behaviour of high risk residents and motivate residents to ensure compliance
  • Work with residents to complete education and job application forms
  • Work with them on a 1-1 basis to help them with their individual needs
  • Update risk assessments and case notes

A current DBS processed through ourselves will be required for these roles
