A leading Automotive manufacturer in South Wales, this company requires experienced Project Engineers for a 12 month fixed term contract. These roles are to support all New Product Introduction activities for a range of new product lines.

Role & Responsibilities:

*Accountability for managing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process
*Lead equipment and tooling buy-offs
*Effectively manage key customer/client relationships to ensure an efficient NPI process for both parties and expectations are met
*Use of CATIA Cad package
*Prepare and maintain timing plans
*Work with suppliers to ensure adherence to plans
*PFMEA/Control plans/Gauge R&R

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

*Strong Project Engineering/Management experience
*Previous experience working with OEMs is beneficial
*Excellent understanding of NPI, Continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing principles
*Experience within a high volume automotive environment
*Experience of CATIA

Benefits Package:

*£32-35 per hour
