Norwegian speaking Customer Service Executive

Daily Responsibilities:

*You will be communicating between customers and accommodations: changes of reservations, managing special requests and complaints by both phone and e-mails
*Provide a high level of customer service;
*Actively take part in various projects within the department
*Promote the companies culture along with your colleagues

Ideal Candidate:

* *The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
*Takes responsibility and ownership;
*Is passionate about helping customers and giving a great service;
*Fluent in both written and spoken English;
*Available full-time (40 hours per week) and flexible in work schedule;
