Right now we are looking for a new team member to join our successful 'RTA Non-MOJ’ team in Bristol. As one of our Litigators you’ll be profitably managing your own caseload of predominantly Non MOJ pre litigation RTA Claimant personal injury matters involving complex issues of liability. Working in a fast-paced and high energy environment, this role certainly offers variety. You’ll effectively manage and progress your cases using a case management system. By talking to your clients, negotiating claims on their behalf you will make sure they get the best settlement possible. You’ll work in a friendly team that takes its work seriously, but which also finds time for some fun along the way.
To join our successful team, you will have proven experience of handling RTA claims within an insurance or legal environment. Ideally, you will have experience of managing litigated cases, however, this isn’t essential. You will have a commercial mindset and good negotiating skills. You need to ensure you are getting the best deal for your clients and you also need to understand how to make sure you run your caseload to meet your targets.
