Non-Emergency Call Handler
Interaction Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for candidates with experience in customer service. Our client is currently recruiting for Call Handlers within the non-emergency / healthcare sector.
This is not your standard contact centre job and we are confident that it will prove to be an excellent career choice for applicants with a passion for providing first-class customer service.
The Role details
Various shifts patterns are required to fit in with the demands of the business so successful candidates will be expected to remain flexible to work shifts for the following hours:
Full time, 40 hours per week
Hourly Pay Rate - £8.10 to £8.70 per hour
As a Call Handler, your main responsibilities will include:
-Responsible for achieving agreed KPIs
-Delivering great service to customers and effectively advising them were necessary.
-Determination and resilience are key factors
-An upbeat friendly approach to speaking to customers is essential
