Your new role
Working within a well-established and highly professional team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely data entry of information relating to client and suppliers. This may include; product codes, client details, pricing, and purchase order details. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and someone who has a head for numbers and is able to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Utilising a bespoke in house CRM software system, you will be responsible for processing orders and producing and distributing reports as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You CV will need to clearly demonstrate a good level of Office Support experience including; data processing experience; using an internal CRM software package, you will need to be a confident IT user, including MS Excel. Your data entry skills will need to be at a high level; with speed and accuracy key in this vacancy. Your verbal and written English skills will need to be at a high level, due to the role involving extensive contact with both internal and external stakeholders. Our client is seeking a candidate who has a stable work history and has an excellent attendance record.
