Monarch Education are working alongside a Special Educational Needs residential facility located in the Tewkesbury area that caters for pupils aged 7-19 with Autism, SLD and associated behaviours. We are looking to find suitable candidates to join their team of outstanding Night Care Support Workers.

I have worked personally with this school for 4 years providing Care Support Workers, Teacher's and Teaching Assistants to join part of their fantastic team on either a day to day/ ad hoc basis, long term support and in some cases, permanently.

The staff that we place here build excellent relationships with the pupils, staff and parents; it has a real 'community' feel here.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone that wants to work at their own pace to fit their lifestyle, as a member of the agency team you are not tied into contracted hours but there are plenty of hours on offer that you can choose each week.

We are looking for Night shift workers that are able to work from 7pm-7:30am. You can work as much as you should so choose as there is a very high volume of shifts available.

Job Description:

* follow a work pattern and attend work punctually and reliably
* to go ensure the safety and security of the pupils throughout the night
* communicate clearly and easily with young people and others in a variety of ways
* ability to read and understand written work and to write clear and accurate reports/notes
* Ability to form appropriate professional relationships with young people and others involved in their care
*ability to provide dignified personal care
