Hays Social Care are looking for Night Support Workers in Evesham to work with valued clients in the area
In your new role you will be working on a part-time basis as a Support Worker covering waking nights and working with adults who have learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and physical disabilities.
As a Waking Night Support Worker you will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with the clients on a day to day basis to promote their independence. There are 2 residents who live in the home and have done for 2+ years, otherwise clients come and stay for a week or long weekends. The respite home is a relaxing environment with a sensory garden and sensory bathroom.
You will need to be confident in working with adults and have a genuine desire to support the work of the team. .

To be considered for Waking Night Support Work roles you must:
