An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent NightSupport Worker to join Making Space, a not-for-profit care provider at Cedar House, Spalding. In return we offer a competitive salary of £7.70 per hour.

We need person-centred and motivated individuals to join our team at Cedar House, Spalding. This role involves supporting residents to meet their individual health and social care needs, checks on the residents during the night, laundry, cleaning, personal care tasks and security of the building. Full training is provided and you will undertake an NVQ III in Health and Social Care.The successful post holder will demonstrate the 'Six Cs’ - care, compassion, competence, communication, courage and commitment.
Working hours are 10 hours a week. The post covers one night shift per week.
