My Client is currently recruiting for a Night Shift Guest House Receptionist. This is a Permanent role.
Hours will be from 22.00 to 07.00 but flexibility will be needed as hours may move by a hour either way to suit the needs of the business.
As this is a night time role it will be expected that you will clean one room per night.
Candidates will:- Be experienced within a similar environment- computer literate- be well presented- have customer care skills- be able to work under pressure - have an excellent written and spoken English levels The main duties will consist of: - welcoming and greeting guests- check-in and check-out- ensuring guests are well looked after during their stay- taking payments, cash, credit card, online and over the phone and arrange invoices- processing all types of reservations- answering all phone calls and emails both internal and external- transferring call and taking messages- meet guests and allocate them their rooms- complaint handling
