I am currently recruiting for a major global client, Our client are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join an award winning contact centre team. Our client offers a great working environment, fantastic opportunities and a competitive package.
The ideal candidate would be flexible (our client is fully operational 24 hours a day) this includes weekends! Our client offer an excellent package £9.00ph and £10.80ph for nights, with a considerable increase upon passing probation. (£9.56ph to £11.47)
Our client are a full-scale multi-channel retailer and a leading British menswear brand. who continue to grow rapidly both in the UK and internationally with increasing sales year on year.
You'll answer all inbound calls from customers to place orders, manage queries and resolve issues or complaints. You'll then ensure all systems are updated accordingly. You'll respond to customer's emails and make the necessary outbound calls to resolve any issues. You'll perform a variety of admin tasks to support the wider customer service team and work within key targets set by your Team Leader.

What we are looking for
You'll have some experience in providing excellent front line customer service either in a Contact Centre environment or similar. You'll have an understanding of what makes excellent customer service and have a real desire to go above and beyond for our customers. You'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and have good PC skills. You'll be flexible with working
