Night Shift Assembly/Factory Operatives

Our client, based on the Round Spinney Industrial Estate, one of Northampton's most prestigious and established local employers has requirements for NIGHT SHIFTAssembly/Manufacturing Operatives

Your work will be varied working as part of a team within this extremely busy manufacturing plant.

In this fast moving environment with such a wide range of product and components, the ideal candidates must be diligent, methodical, be able to maintain an attention to detail and display a level of urgency as required.

Ideally you will have some experience of a similar environment and basic hand tools although all staff will receive extensive, ongoing training.

Basic Hours of work 5:15pm to 2:45am Monday to Thursday (39 hours) + Overtime

NOTE Your weekend is 3 Days long, not only 2!!!

The positions, for the successful candidates will be very long term with the ultimate aim of becoming permanent, offering a continuity of work plus overtime.

Contract length: 6 months min + is genuinely potentially permanent
