On behalf of my client we are looking for a Night Residential Support Worker for a Brand New 6 bedded home within the Suffolk area. You must hold a completed Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care, and have experience of providing care and support to young adults, ideally young adults with disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour.
As a Support Worker, you will be key in helping young adults with complex needs. This is a challenging role, but the rewards are incomparable to any other job. You will be working in an environment where the little things that you do every day could have life-changing results. Your ambition for the young adults you support will help them take steps to fulfilling their potential.
You will Lead by example, behave and communicate appropriately at all times. Design, implement, deliver and contribute in a wide range of innovative and exciting recreational events within the home and wider community. This position will involve regular outings and trips and on occasion, extended visits and holidays.
This position has a starting salary of £8.76 Per Hour
