Search Consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse to act as the night manager, on behalf of a 62 bedded general nursing and dementia nursing home in Congleton.

The home is a modern purpose-built care home suitable for a wide range of care needs, including long-term residential, short-term respite and also offering day care. The home is across 2 floors with 31 residents on each floor.

As the night nurse manager you will be responsible for overseeing and running the home on the night shift, delegating tasks to nursing and healthcare staff, ordering and administering medication, organising staff rota's, completing regular audits, supervising and supporting staff, liaising with the local MDT team, reporting to the deputy manager and home manager and to provide high standard of care to all residents.

You will be required to work 42 hours per week on 12 hour night shifts, you will be paid for the full 12 hours you are on shift and paid for a 15 minute handover. The salary is £16.50 per hour which is due to go up again in April this year. This company also offer on going training and development and they pay for your NMC PIN after passing probation.
