Further Details: I am looking for a highly motivated candidate to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in Chelmsford, Essex. This would be an ideal role for a Senior Carer or residential Team Leader looking for the next step, you will be leading the care team within the home and reporting directly to the home manager. We are looking for someone with the relevant NVQ's and management experience within a care home environment for the role.

This friendly care home that offers residential, nursing and nursing dementia care. Its modern yet homely interior includes well-furnished lounges, spacious rooms and dining areas as well as a conservatory. Arranged in five separate houses, four of these provide dementia care and one provide residential care.

Role responsibilities would be as follows:

  • Datix for night complaints
  • Supporting and leading senior/care staff
  • Overseeing the home
  • CQC notifications
  • Audits and records
  • Monitoring the night staff
