Hays Education are looking for NQT Secondary School Teachers int he Trafford, Salford and Manchester areas.

Your new company
Hays Education, the leading recruitment experts are looking for qualified teachers interested in Secondary supply teaching jobs in Manchester and the surrounding areas. We require secondary teachers throughout Salford, Trafford, and the surrounding areas for both emergency supply cover and long-term cover for our partnership schools. Due to an increase in demand from schools in your local area we are looking for NQT teachers to take up the multiple positions we have available from May / June 2018. These ad hoc, supply placements can often lead to permanent positions, and is a good opportunity to build a strong relationship with an additional School.

Your new role
You will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible around your needs and teaching style. Working for Hays Education will enable you to work on a full time or part time basis to suit your commitments. Ideal candidates will have a flexible working schedule, full qualified teaching status and will be able to travel in and around the Manchester area. This is the perfect opportunity for teachers looking for a new challenge working with schools in the region. Becoming a Supply Teacher is a great way of gaining experience working in different schools with different classes and the perfect option for someone looking to control their work life balance.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a Secondary Supply Teacher you will need to have qualified teacher status, or be looking to complete your induction year. You will also need to have recent experience within a classroom setting in the last five years and be up to date with recent curriculum changes. You will need to be a creative and positive teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manor at all times. You will have strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to unfamiliar plans and timetables. It is imperative that you have good communication skills as this is crucial when speaking to TAs and other people in the school.
