The Newly Qualified Teacher roles through REED are open to those future Newly Qualified Teachers who are already heading towards "Good" and "Outstanding" grades in classroom observations.
All NQT roles are offered on a permanent basis on the Main Pay Scale. For those NQTs who really shine, there is the capacity for your starting salary to be increased to MPS3.
