Newly Qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor.

An opportunity in North Devon has arisen for a newly qualified solicitor who is looking for a new challenge.

This client is extremely busy in its clinical negligence department, and is seeking a junior solicitor or legal executive to work alongside an established and reputed partner. 

Together you will work as a team on a variety of clinical negligence matters, including birth injury cases, orthopaedic negligence, issues of mis-diagnosis and cosmetic surgery claims. You will handle work against NHS hospitals and GPs, as well as international pharmaceutical and medical device companies.  

Your caseload will often involve very high value and complex matters. 

Ideally, you should be a newly qualified solicitor or legal executive with up to 2 years’ experience.

Candidates with claimant personal injury experience, looking to re-train into clinical negligence, should apply.

If you are just completing your training contract, or are more qualified, ideally you should have at least a minimum of one year’s personal injury or clinical negligence experience. Either way, you will be a junior lawyer at the start of your legal career.
