Their solution is disrupting traditional business models of Banking and Financial institutions through their innovation and software solutions. Founded in 2013, the company has seen significant growth and has received substantial Venture Capitalist backing. To capitalise on their success so far, they are continuously looking to expand their team and are in search of intelligent, highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals to become a part of an exciting opportunity.
They are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a sociable, ambitious and vibrant young team. You would be expected to fit into a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, exhibiting excellent communication skills. The expectation within the role is to source new business opportunities, subsequently demonstrating the product to such clients and closing on those deals. The renumeration for the this role is a strong incentive to what is a difficult job, requiring the successful candidate to take real ownership of their work. If you perform well in your first year, £45k is a realistic earning potential.
In view of good consistent performance, the company highlights a clear progression pathway, with the possibility to achieve the status of Associate Director with just 2 years.
