**New Vacancy - IFA Administrator***

My Client is a well known group of companies who is looking to add to their IFA business and is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their expanding team. They foster a culture of internal progression and offer exam support.

To provide an efficient administration service for Advisers. To assist the Advisers in the procurement and processing of new business and the servicing of existing clients, adhering to strict FSA regulations and internal policy and procedure.

• Submitting new business – pensions, investments, life assurance and
mortgages
• Obtaining illustrations for the above types of products from the
relevant providers
• Once the business has been submitted chasing it through to completion
and then chasing up any fee income or commission until it hits are Bank
• Account and updating the client by phone through out.
• Answering all phone calls and talking to our clients with regards their
enquiries in connection with their policies
• So an understanding of these products is necessary
• They will need to be competent with Word Windows and Excel
• Checking our client on line files to ensure that they are fully
compliant

The successful candidate will have -

• Have experience within Financial Planning/IFA Sales Support
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• An excellent team player with an adaptable and flexible approach to work
