New Store Refit Planners Wanted for World Leading Non-Food Retailer
Location: Field Based
Vacancy Type: 12 - 18 month Contract
Salary: Up to £38,000 + car + other benefits
My client is a world leading non-food retailer with over 200 stores who are looking to recruit New Store Refit Planners to lead the delivery of merchandise implementation for new store transformations across the UK.
As an integral part of the team, you will be working day to day building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the Merchandising and Operations teams, supporting the strategy and ensuring that accurate information is communicated and that processes are in place to achieve company targets.
As a New Store Refit Planner, you will be coordinating and communicating between various departments including Merchandise, Stores, Store Development and Suppliers to make sure that the admin and procedures of New Store Refits are implemented, maintained and followed up in a professional way and that all functions have a thorough understanding of their responsibilities.
Within your role you will need to:
- Build strong relationships with and coach new store leadership teams whilst being the key liaison and supporting with the management of onsite resources.
- Deliver a variety of projects whilst being able to react quickly to challenges especially when in store.
- Provide onsite Merchandise representation for the first week of new store set up.
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to plan, organise and execute within project timeframes.
The successful candidate will have experience working in Retail Operations or Merchandising and ideally have previous management experience from a large out of town store environment.
