NEW OPENING – Maidenhead – Head Chef – 36k plus bonus
I am recruiting for a fantastic brasserie style operation due to open Maidenhead in the near future. Already operating with sister sites, this popular concept has taken off with a storm!
Using only fresh ingredients in the kitchen, they require a Head Chef to come on-board and manage the kitchen on a day to day operation. Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing the stock and GP
- Preparing dishes to a high standard and in a timely fashion
- Creating the rota and general admin duties
- Liaising with the FOH team
- Managing the team, including their training & development
They require a real foodie with great attention to detail. The successful Head Chef will have experience working at a senior level and be comfortable working to menus as set out by the company.
