Our client, an award-winning Law Firm in Bristol, are seeking an experienced Secretary to join their Employment Law team on a full time, permanent basis. The salary is £23,000 with excellent benefits.

Key Duties:

  • Typing - audio and copy
  • Filing - electronic and paper
  • Arranging travel and booking accommodation
  • Producing meeting agendas
  • Diary management and liaising with clients
  • Opening new files and archiving
  • Monitoring e-mail inboxes of fee earners
  • Assisting with the production of marketing materials
  • Attending meeting and taking minutes

Skills Required:

  • Full range of secretarial skills
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Word
