The client is looking for motivated and passionate individuals who are keen to develop their career.
The role will involve you recording, investigating and responding to any complaints received in to the processing teams.
You will conduct full compliant investigations and work with senior colleagues to be able to respond to any complaints correctly and compliantly within FCA guidelines, time frames and any internal procedures, giving a suitable decision on any outcome following your investigation.
For this opportunity you will receive a competitive salary of £28,892 in addition to great benefits including pension, life assurance and a performance related bonus plus a parking permit to park on site
The role is a Monday – Friday working week with 35 hours per week and is a permanent opportunity.
The client is looking for a candidate who has Mortgage knowledge/experience and:
- has a background in complaint handling ideally within Mortgages
- has good knowledge of FCA requirements and regulatory framework
- is capable of problem solving and making suitable complaint handling outcomes
- has the ability to analyse complaints received and provide a suitable analysis to senior management
- has the ability to produce and deliver compliant training material to management and other areas of the business
