New Homes Temporary Sales Consultant - East London

A superb new residential destination is currently looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team on a temporary bases. The contemporary development is situated in a vibrant and thriving community in the heart of East London. As a Sales Consultant you will be based on-site within a marketing suite, selling off plan apartments from a showroom, model and floor plan.

The Responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Consultant:

  • Meeting and greeting HNW'S, investors and first time buyers
  • Taking telephone enquiries and updating the system.
  • Assisting customers around the marketing suite
  • Take responsibility for maintaining the presentation of show homes and the sales office
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times

The ideal New Homes Sales Consultant should:

  • Have property, New Homes experience
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Be personable, well presented
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Be a great team player
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be self-motivated, determined
  • Represent the developers brand to the highest of standards at all times
