NEW HOMES SALES NEGOTIATOR - FULL TIME
A vacancy has arisen for a New Homes Sales Negotiator for South Wales.
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator, ideally with experience of working specifically with New Homes, although that is not essential. Comprehensive knowledge of the house buying process is necessary along with outstanding communication ability and an evidential track record of providing only the highest standards of customer service.
The role will involve considerable face to face interaction with customers, as well as significant telephone work, throughout a comprehensive end to end Sales process. This will start with the registration of potential buyers, maintaining consistent contact to negotiate Sales and thereafter progressing Sales through to Completion. An ability to work calmly through periods of intense pressure will be vital.
The successful candidate will be capable of demonstrating a genuine interest in selling New Homes.
The working week will be 5 days and will involve working Saturdays .
