Countrywide Land & New Homes is the UK`s largest specialist agency of its type and currently has vacancies for dynamic and pro-active Sales Negotiators working on various New Homes Developments. We are currently recruiting for full and part time staff.
Reporting to the New Homes Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to deliver sales on our clients` developments with the core responsibility being to identify and maximise all new homes sales opportunities and work collaboratively to ensure all budgeted sales figures are met.
New Homes understanding and experience is preferred, ideally with familiarity of the local market, including new homes awareness, Business to Business experience/exposure and a strong customer focussed approach.
In addition to a proven track record in sales, key skills should include influencing and selling, an ability to handle difficult customers/conflict, planning and organisation with capacity to manage volume tasks, IT literacy, great communications skills and the ability to think `outside of the box` to deliver results.
The New Homes Sales Negotiator role will require you to carry out sales negotiation and to progress resultant sales to successful completion. The right candidate will be proactive and self motivated.
Both a sales and strong customer service background is preferred and full training and support will be given. You`ll need your own car, and be willing to work at our busiest times which mean weekends and Bank Holidays.
