I am currently seeking a new homes sales negotiator for a developer that is going through huge growth in the East Sussex area. The successful candidate will be an experienced sales negotiator already and have the ability to manage a development on their own.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Achieve/exceed forecast unit sales
  • Determine customer needs - meet, greet, qualify, demos and close trough clear questioning and active listening
  • Sales leads, including connections
  • Follow ups proactively and with conviction
  • Refer to NHMH early in the process
  • Fully aware of limitations with regards to property misdescription act, finical services act and H&S
  • Progress sales diligently, ensuring customer are fully aware of the journey ahead
