A relief New homes Sales Negotiator wanted to work in Milton Keynes and 50 miles around. You will need to work weekends and be happy to travel.

You do not need to have New homes experienced a successful residential sales negotiator will be considered. You would be working on site in the show room.

You would show people around the show house, explain about the plots and understand the site plans and when each build will be ready. Understand the sales progress to be able to gain chain details and qualify people then chase through to completion.

Negotiating skills are a must. Good telephone manner and presentable and professional appearance.You need to be confident and organised.

Hours are 5 days per week 10.00am -4.00pm
