New Homes Sales Negotiator - Sumertown - up to £22k basic plus commission (£25k OTE)

Very rare opportunity to work for one of Oxfordshire's most prestigious Estate Agency firms, dealing with the mid-upper market. Our client is looking for a polished, well presented and well spoken experienced Sales Negotiator with superb communication and rapport building skills. The role will be focused on dealing with new home developers and sites based around the Oxfordshire area and new homes experience is not required. You will demonstrate excellent drive and enthusiasm and be able to work out of their very busy branch. They are looking for the best the business has to offer and will put together a fantastic package for the right candidate. They offer excellent career progression, fantastic training and amazing development for the right candidates.

Essential Skills:

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Have a strong understanding of the local property market, including knowledge of competing schemes and property market trends.
·Well presented and aware of brand image
·Confident to deal with clients at all management levels
·Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
·Excellent client care skills
·Team player
·Well organised
·Have good IT skills on Outlook, Word, Excel and Reapit
·Ability to work in a high volume, high pressure environment
·Ability to multi task
·Retain knowledge on multiple products and developments to enable cross selling
