Due to the continued expansion and success of the Roger Platt Land & New Homes Department we have the following vacancy within the LNH team in Maidenhead
This person will be able to build and manage our new homes business in and around the area of Maidenhead and possess the following attributes:
•To forge and develop relationships with developers in the area and capitalise on this
•Winning instructions to new sites
•Gaining and keeping sole agency
•Ensuring the relationship is developed and maintained to a high standard
•Ensuring that the developers look to William H Brown as first choice for an agent
•A proven track record in Estate Agency and / or New Homes sales development and background to work within a target-orientated environment is essential.
•Strong organisational and time management skills
•Experience of leading and developing a small team is desirable
•Ability to meet deadlines
•Keen eye for details
•Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
•Ability to work under pressure
•Able to work alone as well as part of a team
•Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products
•Full driving licence
