New Homes Sales Executive - Ultra High-End Scheme Mayfair

With properties priced from 15 million, a prestigious international consultancy is urgently seeking a bright and polished individual to take on the role of sales consultant for the finest address in London.

Nestled in Mayfair, the jewel of London, boasting a combination of both elegance and craftsmanship, this is one of London's most exclusive projects and is the perfect opportunity for an individual looking to progress in the flourishing New Homes industry.

The ideal candidate will need a minimum of 1 year's experience liaising with ultra-high-net worth individuals. The ability to speak fluently in either Mandarin/Arabic/Russian would be desirable.

The Role:

  • Liaising with ultra-high net worth clients and assisting them at the Marketing Suite
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and offering excellent customer service at all times
  • Assisting with private events
  • Working closely with team and Sales Manager
  • Researching the market to ensuring you have excellent knowledge on the surrounding area
  • Communicating with site managers and development team

The suitable candidate:

  • Strong customer facing background
  • Impeccable manner
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Strong knowledge of Mayfair and the surrounding areas
  • Interest in the New Homes industry
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Desire to learn and progress
  • Preferred: Fluent in either Mandarin/Arabic/Russian

In return our client is offering:

Base salary up to £31,000 dependent on experience

Working Pattern:

10am - 6pm, must be able to work some Saturdays
