New Homes Sales Consultant

24-26K basic, 40-50K OTE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join a thriving New Homes Sales Team team based in Battersea. The successful candidate will be someone with high energy who takes pride in delivering exceptional service levels 100% of the time. Most importantly, they must thrive on working with people, under pressure and in a competitive environment.

New Homes Sales Consultant Main Duties:

  • Calling company client database about specific developments
  • Qualify all new applicants
  • Achieving KPI's including sales targets and all other targets.
  • Arranging and carrying-out viewings
  • Making sure clients are content, with managed expectations.
  • Negotiating with the relevant people to ensure the best outcome is reached.
  • Managing the process from an offer being agreed, all the way though to the exchange of Contracts and completion of the sale

New Homes Sales Negotiator Person Specification:

  • Confident dealing with people
  • Be approachable, helpful and project positivity!
  • Take pride in their work
  • Enjoy making a positive contribution to office life independently and as part of the team
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven track record in an Estate Agency sales position
  • Must thrive on working at and delivering consistently high standards under pressure
  • New homes sales experience
