Our client is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to work on one of their developments based near Horncastle. Our client has several sites in the area and is a well-known and successful developer with over 1200 units currently in development throughout Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.

The successful candidate will have New Homes experience, be well presented and a confident seller. Experience is key to be considered for this position as our client wants someone to hit the ground running.

The role will involve:

  • Selling off plan units
  • Assisting customers around the site, taking enquiries and encouraging sales
  • Hitting agreed targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Maximise profits on site

The ideal candidate:

  • Well presented
  • Confident seller
  • Ability to offer great customer service
  • Ambitious and hungry to earn good money

In return for your services our client can offer:

  • Basic Salary £20,000
  • On target earnings between £45,000- £60,000 (generous commission structure)
  • Petrol allowance

Working Hours:

  • Thursday- Monday 10am- 5pm
  • 1 in 4 weekends off
