| New Homes Sales Advisor | Hertfordshire | £25,000 Basic, £45,000 - £50,000 OTE |

Our client is a respected and hugely successful National Developer with several developments throughout Hertfordshire. They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Advisor with a proven track record and the ability to offer fantastic customer service.

The successful candidate must have at least 2 years experience working on site and have the flexibility of working anywhere within Hertfordshire, ideally being based near St Albans or Stevenage. The role will involve working on site selling a variety of different apartments and houses.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Minimum 2 years New Homes experience
  • Computer literate
  • Leadership and organisational skills
  • Happy, positive, motivated, driven and hungry for success
  • Ability to offer fantastic customer service
  • UK Driving Licence

In return our client can offer:

  • Basic Salary £25,000 DOE
  • Realistic on target earnings between £45,000- £50,000
  • 26 days holiday PA, plus 8 days bank holidays
  • Petrol allowance

Working Hours: 5 days per week including every Saturday and Sunday 10am - 5.30pm
