My client, a large UK Developer, are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team in their Head Office in Great Blakenham.

Responsibilities:

  • Enquiries by telephone and email and booking viewings.
  • Set up new files.
  • Deal with marketing emails, compile images and copy.
  • Typing - dictation, letters, property lists, price lists, property details, creating Word documents and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Answering the main line and department telephones.
  • Inputting data and printing reports.

Ideal Candidate must be able to use COINS and the CRN System.

In return my client is offering a basic of £18,000 and all training is provided. Hours are Monday to Friday.
