Our client, a market leader within the New Homes world is actively looking to bolster their Sales team. Based in Central London, you will be operating and selling across a wide range of developments.
This is an incredibly diverse role and one with an incredibly steep learning and earning opportunity. Our client, are open minded on your experience and your background could be from other sectors, such as recruitment, door to door sales, retail or hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective buyers, providing detailed information on available properties.
Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and benefits of each home.
Offer personalized consultations to understand clients' preferences and requirements.
Negotiate and finalise sales agreements, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales
Resilient and self motivated
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
