New Homes Administrator - Wandsworth

This independent estate agency has an excellent reputation and market share and, over the last decade, has developed multiple relationships with local and national development companies to procure successful sales and lettings on schemes in and around the South West London area.

Our client is currently looking to recruit a New Homes Administrator with previous estate agency experience, and ability to cope in a fast-growing office in Wandsworth. Working within a busy, motivated and friendly team this role will suit a team player with excellent organisational skills.

Personal specification:
  • Have an understanding on the New Homes sales process
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer focus, high accuracy and good attention to detail
  • Good IT skills.

Our client is offering a package based on experience and will be in the region of £23,000.The working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.00pm.
