Our client is a dedicated independent services company a leading UK player in their specialist automotive industry sector who have fantastic offices on the outskirts of Kingston.

This well established and forward thinking organisation currently has a unique opportunity for an experienced administration professional to join them as an Account Management Administrator within their highly professional and friendly back office team & carry out a varied and challenging role.

This position is effectively split between 4 main areas that includes vehicle procurement, vehicle management, rental & re-licensing as well as general duties. As the Account Management Administrator you will have a very varied role within these areas to include but not limited to raising of vehicle quotations & order forms, production of vehicle contracts, actioning requests for vehicle availability, demonstrations and general enquiries, progressing vehicles from initial order to despatch and delivery, monitor supplier performance & invoicing.
