The Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of our Sheffield based client for a New Car Sales Manager. A large well-established brand, the successful candidate must be of a high calibre worthy of this prestigious position.

Working closely with the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the New Car team through the change required, ensuring we 'hit the ground’ running.

We are looking for a financially astute, proactive manager with a proven track record of achieving great results in New Vehicle Sales .You should be ambitious, and highly motivated possessing a positive "hands on" approach to the role as well as have the ability to lead and motivate a developing sales team. Excellent communication skills are required together with a genuine commitment and passion for customer service, as you will be joining a team already delivering 5 Star customer service.
