New Car Sales Controller
Are you at the "top of your game" as a Sales Executive, or an accomplished Sales Controller and looking for the next big challenge in your career? Due to increased levels of sales and enquiries we are now looking for a New Car Sales Controller
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The core role will be managing our extremely high volume of enquiries, coaching the sales team to higher performance, reporting outcomes and management follow up of all enquiries. Being part of the management team you will be skilled at appraisals, team motivation and focused on customer delight. The goal of the role will be to ensure that we increase the conversion rate of our enquiries and that the existing database is being productively managed. Where possible the sales process will be streamlined with your input leaving the sales team to maximise the number of orders and enquiries they handle.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate, have excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the telephone, and have a positive "hands on" approach of sales. The successful applicant must have a first class track record, preferably within the prestige sector, and be able to lead and motivate a developing sales team. You must be an excellent team player with a good eye for detail and a passion for customer service as well as good business results.
Can you prove that you are a natural "closer", with industry leading conversion rates from enquiry to deals? Are you calm under pressure and highly organised when faced with a high work load? Do you enjoy the "buzz" of being at the sharp end of a busy sales operation, as opposed to being in meetings and doing admin? Do you have the necessary people skills to get a team of high-performers to follow you? If the answer to ALL of the above is a resounding "Yes!", then you may be the person we are looking for to be our Sales Controller.
