My award winning Law firm is looking to recruit a New Business Administrative Assistant to support the New Business team.

New Business Assistant

My Norwich centrally based client is looking to recruit an administrative assistant to work in the growing New Business team.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in sales and experience in a busy customer service environment. Experience in an office environment and the property sector is preferred.

Role responsibilities (not limited to): Answering client queries via email and phone Proactively chasing clients for outstanding documentation.

Meeting and assisting clients that attend the office.

Checking client documentation in line with Anti Money Laundering Regulations Job requirements:

Keen attention to detail Polite telephone manner

Good communication skills

Excellent organisational skills IT literate

Salary: £14,000.00 /year
