Compensation: £28k OTE (Year 1); £36k OTE (Year 2)

The Role

It will require a relentless initiative and thinking on your feet, advising and selling digital products and marketing packages to business owners and decision makers.


About the role

  • New Business / Work with the senior leadership team
  • Pitching potential Clients over the phone and in person
  • Manage current pipelines and leads
  • General support / research / co-ordination to pitch teams
  • Support the team to deliver specific initiatives
  • Keep agency's CRM (and data) updated

About you

  • 12 months experience in a Business Development or Sales Role at a DIGITAL AGENCY (No Exceptions)
  • Confident, ambitious and proactive
  • Able to learn quickly, work as part of a team
  • Strong multi-tasker
  • Demonstrate expertise, tenacity and energy for the NB7
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset
