My client based in Stonehouse are currently recruiting for a New Business Executive to join their young, dynamic and growing entrepreneurial company on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be working alongside the marketing and sales team and be responsible to deliver certified leads to the sales team.

Responsibilities;

-Communicate with inbound marketing leads to build relationships and generate appointments for the Business Development Managers

-Achieve a market-leading rate for converting inbound marketing leads into "Sales Ready" qualified leads.

-Understand the sales process and be able to overcome objections by genuinely caring & learning about the prospects’ business needs.

-Partner effectively with the appropriate Business Development Manager to schedule appointments with prospects and hand over qualified opportunities.

-Supporting the Business Development Managers with responding to RFIs, proposals and sales presentations.

-Supporting the Marketing team in establishing and delivering effective lead generation campaigns.

-Record all customer information and maintain detailed CRM records.

Candidate Attributes;

-Own a car with a clean and valid driving licence

-Previous experience of lead development

-Previous experience of cold calling is essential

-Proficiency in the use of email, with strong written and verbal communications skills.

-Have a positive attitude and be team oriented

-Self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team

Hours- Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5.00pm

Salary- £18,000 basic plus OTE of £24,000
