This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and tenacious Account Director who has a solid background in New Business sales, to join a leading, privately owned IT Solutions and Communications company based Birmingham.
My client has over 10 years' telecommunications experience in delivering network solutions to a variety of clients with their ethos of providing the best in digital service.
This role will suit someone who is energetic, ambitious and confident, who has strong New Business experience with a solid understanding of the telecommunications/ unified communications or the managed services industry.
This role is flexible is terms of location.
Full driver's license required.
- Own and drive the new business strategy and hunt end customer business with partners
- Understand customer profiles and recognise new business opportunities by connecting with key sales people
- Build New Business pipeline, forecast appropriately and be accountable
Skills & Experience:
- Confident, enthusiastic & persuasive
- Action-orientated & results focused
- Previous experience and strong understanding of the IT and Telecommunications markets within the UK
- Strong existing relationships and network within the IT Reseller and VAR sectors.
