New Business Development Manager - SaaS
We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of the largest Software providers in the UK in the Life Sciences Sector. In addition, our client is well-known and trusted for delivering personalised service excellence to clients in varied sectors including medical device, clinical trials, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, automotive, chemical and manufacturing.
They have been providing a range of software solutions to this sector for over 30 years. Due to their substantial growth they are looking to recruit an experienced and a proactive New Business Development Manager with proven track record selling SaaS solutions to various sectors from small companies to enterprise level.
Within this very busy role, the successful New Business Development Manager will be covering both Europe and America. You also manage your own diary with heavy support from the Marketing and Professional Services and Technical teams. In terms of the new business side, you will be supported by an inside sales team who will qualify leads for you.
This New Business Account Managers responsibility include:
- Developing new business
- Managing and mentoring the SaaS Telemarketing/Appointment Setter
- Progressing qualified leads identified by the telemarketer
- Translating the value proposition of the client's solution and developing until closure
- Managing relationships with channel and strategic partners
- Arranging appointments and meetings to client's sites
- Presentation of sales review metrics to Management Team
To be considered you will need:
- Must have experience within the IT/Software industry selling SaaS solutions
- Ability to manage own workload / diary / targets
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work on own initiative with ambition and drive
- Fantastic communication skills
Salary: up to £50,000 + OTE
