Our client is a UK company providing an E-Commerce analytics platform for leading branded organisations. They partner their clients in improving their category strategy online and improving sales performance for their products on retailer web-sites. At this exciting stage of international expansion, they are now keen to strengthen their Sales & Marketing Division and are keen to recruit a New Business Development Manager to join their team.
This role will focus initially upon extending the companies current client portfolio for this rapidly growing company. You will be responsible for developing sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle from prospecting, setting and attending sales appointments, proposal writing and through to winning the business. This is a commercial, new business role, with the clear focus to add to their impressive client list of well-know fmcg companies and retailers.
Our client is looking for a senior level, high calibre individual with a proven track record in new business acquisition, someone with excellent communication, selling and negotiation skills. You will be tenacious, target focused and have the desire to grow within a company with high ambitions.
To apply, you wil be someone who is target oriented, incredibly driven and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for new business development and relationship building. A seasoned lead generator, an excellent communicator, you will be comfortable presenting to senior Directors and key decision makers within the FMCG arena. Self-motivated, with a good consultative negotiation skills, you will have experience of presenting to marketing-led organisations, as well as a good level of planning and creativity. You may perhaps be operating in a SAAS business environment.
